Primo Cycle

You girls need a psychiatrist....

Ok it was like that for me as well... I loved pinning. For the first two cycles I was pinning only short ester ED. I was just looking everyday for that nice stab in my ass/delts/VG.

It lasted just those two cycles, then trust me you will hate that shit. You would pay anything to be able to inject once a month and still get gains.

I do only long ester now and pin 2x a weeks and it's still too much! Fuck pinning if orals wouldn't kill my liver and stomach I would just take orals for ever lol

Plus all the ritual thing goes to shit sooner then later, at least for me, before it was such a nice 10mins. Now I can do it in less then 3 mins and it's still too long! I just want to get over it as soon as possible ahaha
You're probably right about it getting old @Sampei. You are also correct, sir, that the crazy is strong with this one.
 
I would do the deload ma'am. Your body will thank you for it, it can just be a short week and you will get some good numbers the next week. You won't get DOMS on or off cycle as long as you keep lifting so no worries there. So who ever says that is lying out their teeth and has no idea what they are talking about. Nice work!

Deload ftw. :) You're right. I'm going to take it light this week. Although it was too tempting yesterday to go for a 1RM on my bench. I was aiming for 160 but failed. 150 was the closest I got, but my form was also horrible. Joined a PL/Strength gym and they are really good about coaching. I'm aware they're getting me to use PL form, but there were some other tweaks they pointed out that regardless of method, need to be corrected. The owner told me I was powerful but raw. I kinda think they want to push me into PL. Ha! That's not going to happen though. Anyway, you are right. I need to listen to my body even when it doesn't match up with the mind. I'm almost looking forward to an easy week. :) DOMS, even if I do get it, doesn't worry me. I kinda like it.
 
i just had to share this real quick--since I've been on GH I've been having these crazy vivid dreams since I am sleeping so well, and last night my thoughts about being on Primo must have affected my dreams because I dreamed i was growing body hair all over me! Coarse manly hair! I was trying to shave it all off and the more I shaved the more hair i found! HAHAHAH! I get a couple of what i call "period" hairs when I am on Primo on my face but I pluck them out pronto. I was so happy when i woke up hairless. LOL
OMG! Hahaaaa! What a relief it must have been to wake up! Still on the fence about GH. I can't afford it right now anyway, so I have some time to research it more.
 
Yesterday was Chest day. I'm deloading this week. I need it. I was too tempted to go for a 160 1 RM on bench and I went for it an failed. I got 150 though. I have to remember just last year I was failing at 95 lbs and cut myself some slack. I'm feeling fine, no sore throat. It seems that the day of and day after a shot I feel some sides, but the more time between me and the shot the more the sides lessen.

I got into a discussion with one of the owners of the gym I go to which is a PL/Strength gym primarily about training. He knows my goal is aesthetic but recommended that I think of training in terms of moves (bench, squat, DL) rather than body parts. Also recommended doing the 3 core movements fast and the accessory movements slow - like eccentrics - if I wanted to work on hypertrophy. If you read the post above he also coached me into a PL form for my bench. I don't hate it. I know what he's doing and since I was into trying to see what I could do, totally into it, but it left me wondering and confused as to what to do for what. He recommended Josh Bryant to me after we discussed Rippetoe for a bit. I downloaded his book from Amazon but so far haven't found anything new or earth shattering or really contradictory to how I've been training (body part vs movements)......Interesting discussion. I need to sort it out and make sense of it.

On a side note: it was flattering that he noticed my strength. He said i was really powerful but raw because I've never been coached. This appealed to my ego and my inner athlete.....then again, he doesn't know I'm on gear. LOL.

oh shit...this might be the tipping point for me then. I haven't had them in a while but I know they'll be back. Nothing worse.
things like anavar, test, and other gear reduce hot flashes. she says the hgh works alot better though
 
No we're not using insulin needles..They're 1.5. When is your surgery scheduled? That has to be exciting! :)

I'm planning on going until the end of July at this point. That would be about 10 weeks and that's what I've read is optimal to see results.....Unless you read some other boards which under no circumstances recommend a woman running longer than 6. Nothing like mixed messages. So I'm going to see how I feel and go from there. :)

I plan to run primo for 10 weeks too.
IMO 6 weeks is cutting it short,more than 10 I think it's asking for sides.

My biggest fear is hair loss. I started shedding like crazy after week 9 on var. pretty curious to see how my body reacts to primo.

I'm not sure if I'm shedding. There's so much talk about it that I'm overly aware of the hair that falls out of my head. If I did shed, it was in the beginning. I haven't really noticed anything since around the 2 week mark. I'm still alert to it, but haven't seen/noticed anything.

It's too soon for me to notice any primo gains, but they should be coming in the next week or so I imagine. I AM enjoying not having the anavar bloat though. I'm not opposed to using it again..especially now that I know it's the compound doing it and not me, but we'll see what primo does. I got some good, solid gains and muscles with anavar and I can't complain so far.

shower, hair brush, car seat, clothes, dumbbells, floor, dogs, wherever you'd looked my hair was there.
I was getting sad towards the end bc I don't have much hair to begin with so every little bit counts.

I'm still shedding (6 days off cycle) but it's not as bad as it was before. It's so interesting how these compounds affect us females so differently.

I think if you were shedding you would totally know.

Not sure how soon females need to see any effects but I would imagine it's not very much different than males, so it'll take a little longer before that long ester let's the primo work it's magic. :)

The strangest thing my girl discovered is that if she runs 15mg of test e every 5 days, the hair shedding stops, go figure. She was already running that for menopause, stopped when she cycled, and added it back in when she went through the shedding

She's had good results with the test for menopause? It's been recommended to me, but I've been cycling and didn't want to add too much all at one time.

I do well on primo and I have never ran less than 16 weeks on it. I even had 20 week runs with it and great results with no undesirable sides... just the typical love button sensitivity.... you will need to judge for yourself how long is best for you... 6 weeks in my opinion is a total waste, 10-12 would be the minimum... otherwise might as well stick to something that is much faster acting like mast p.

there are actually several studies that have been done by docs administering test for menopausal and post-menopausal women instead of pumping them with estrogen and many find relief and many other great benefits from it... I think we had this discussion in another thread...

haha yes that is true... Miss Forever First Cycle... although I shouldn't talk as my cycles run forever too! lol... I have been off for 6 months now though... was anxious to get back on, (which I am this week) but it will probably be a good 20 weeks for this one.

Kinda sucks that it takes so long to kick in. I bet it's really exciting when you feel primo is working full force.
