Wow, that's a pretty dramatic change from the beginning pictures. Amazing transformation. Kick ass job!

great blog! Good work, Wendy! Im done with my cycle too. Hope to retain much of my gains this time around. I haven't been on here much due to business expansion, but plan to be here more often now.

Incredible work, Wendy!
You totally rocked this var/primo cycle.
Have you decided what you want to run next?

I've been on HGH for some time, just 3 IUs/day for anti-aging and a little growth. I just ordered some IGF-LR3 to try. It's an experiment. I'm just going to keep pushing in the gym and with food, trying to gain. I dont' look to go on another cycle for at least another 12 weeks, then I will do bloods and see where I'm at. I am looking towards a competition in May of 2017. I think I will be ready body-wise (hope anyway), but I am afraid my tattoos will prevent me from qualifying. I know they will look more uniform with a spray-tan, but I dont' think it will be enough. ALl i can do is try!

Jan Tana makes a spray tan that covers ink pretty well, or you can Dermablend them after you've had the first coats put on, then do a third coat if needed to match up any spots.

And Wendylifts, I've been following/lurking this thread too, you've made this old broad consider doing her first cycle in ten years to see what kind of gains I can make before I hit fifty, nice job!

Thank you!! I hit 50 next year and I'm making a mad dash for my best body before then! Please post a log if you cycle! We old broads need to stick together! :)

It is my understanding that you can't mix dermablend with that spray tan--it will get all weird and gummy? Anyways, my body is 70% solid tattoo coverage, and when i mean solid I mean no skin showing like a yakuza body suit. I think I will just spray tan as dark as i can get it and hope for the best. There are a couple of gals on Facebook that post as Team Painted Ladies that compete and although neither one of them are as heavily tattooed as I am (although they do have a LOT of tattoos), they do ok from what I can tell.

That's exactly my sentiment :), I'm peeling some weight off first since I'm just 11 months in from a three year layoff (and holy crap is it hard coming back this time around). I did a short var run to test the waters and did well, so I'm planning on starting a primo cycle in October (because yay for winter bulking, lol) and I'll start a log then.

Ok, so I asked the best source I know on this, my stepdaughter who's a professional makeup artist and does spray tans for competitors here, her recommendation is Dermablend and then an airbrush foundation done in layers, but it has to be a silicone based foundation so it holds up on stage, but she says they charge a fortune for it because its time consuming.
I say screw it and show off the ink, more and more of us have it so it's not like it's a shock to the judges anymore :).
