Quick update
Things are going well post surgery. The girls have settled in nicely. I'm officially a 34 D. Very happy with my results.
Things with my elbow are still no bueno. It's not the left one anymore. That one has gotten better on it's own. Now it is the right. It is much worse than the left ever was. Same issue though. Damned tennis elbow. So I made a Dr appt last week and got a steroid injection in my elbow tendon. The following day I went for acupuncture. Don't even get me started on that nightmare. Never doing that again. So, the steroid injection seemed to help some. Not as much as I had hoped. My doc said call back next Monday if not better and we may need a repeat injection.
I'm currently running 1 iu gh daily. I got up to 1.5 and them backed back down to one. Been on gh 6 weeks now.
I started NPP cycle last Friday. 10mg E3D to see how I do. 3 pins in and all is well. I feel good. Voice is slightly deeper. Not really holding water. I've read that is an issue with npp. Maybe because I'm on such a low dose it's not an issue yet. I wanted to start at a lower dose until I see how it affects me. I am back in the gym. Started training legs a little while ago. Lost a SHIT TON of strength by taking time off from surgery. FML. I could only get 5 reps at 135 on squats. It's super discouraging. I know it will come back but dayum. Just started training upper body this week. I have NEVER been this sore before. Holy shit. The only thing I wasn't able to do was pull ups. It hurt like a bitch. It was too much pull on my incisions.
I am currently eating at a deficit. Not really ideal for the npp run but I want to get a little fluff off. I ate like shit post surgery for the first couple of weeks. I'm considering starting a log on the npp. I'll probably do so next week if I decide to continue this cycle. If sides get too bad, I'm dumping it and switching to primo/var. I'll keep you guys posted!
