I don't know if it's morbid or not but I'm kinda looking forward to the part I get to pin myself. There's something very badass about it.
Var has been fun and I know I'm just getting started. I just find it so fascinating how a tiny little bit of a substance has such a great impact in performance and strength. Really want to experiment with other compounds and see how my body reacts to them.

Update: Unfortunately she got sick yesterday and didn't finish the workout with me. She's adjusting to her new job at the hospital and she's not eating as much. I'm going to start making her lunch and pre workout meals and double up on them. She really doesn't have time to eat except lunch and before she leaves work which sucks but we'll figure it out. She's in a full decontamination suit all day sweating so at least she's got some good cardio during the day.
Alright guys update. She's a tad leaner. Diet was compete shit this week and she hardly trained. Job is taking it out of her but basically I told her stop being a bitch and make it work. Trained legs real good Saturday before my roommates show. Her quads have put on some size for sure. They're hanging over her knees a lot more. I think the show kind of lit a fire under her butt.
Sides I've noticed: much increased sex drive and clit sensitivity. It was already sensitive, I can't really go down on her anymore lol. She said shes noticed her hairs a little oilier and shes had mild acne on shoulders. Nothing I've even noticed though.
Quads that hang over the knee are so hot! That's awesome.
Seems like she's on the perfect dose for her. Sometimes with work and responsibilities you just gotta make some sacrifices (usually sleep) and make it work. Glad you're pushing her. She's gonna love the rewards.
She's doing well. I was warming up on legs (and it takes forever because my knees are shot so I take my sweet ass time so I can actually get a good lift) and I was squatting 135 to stretch and I was about it take it off and she goes "leave it." and I'm like.. oh.. okay . She's trying. Prepped some food, made some peanut butter protein oat balls for her to snack on whenever she gets a chance. She'll do alright. Her metabolism is probably completely fucked up which we're trying to regulate it. She wants to compete with me in September but I told her she should wait and spend a year with a coach first and do the April show with me next year, that way she's got a solid year under her belt with a solid diet. Going to the show and seeing some of the awesome figure girls (for a local show, most of them showed UP) definitely lit a fire under her butt. One lady we were straight DROOLING over her legs. Come to find out she was also 40+! It was crazy. They were physique pro legs. We're lifting shoulders today. She said after we got out, "I want to be that hot couple that competes together all the time"
Lifted shoulders to exhaustion yesterday, blasted rear delts, then did more shoulders lol. She was making the guys look like little bitches in the gym yesterday. Anyway, pinned .25ml of 25mg of primo last night. Easy pin, no pip. She's currently taking 10mg tab var in morning and night for 20mg a day. Not sure on weight. Just started that time of the month so she's bloated and holding water and crampy (poor lady). She has a consult with a coach today who she's been wanting to train with for a while so she's super excited. I think this coach will push her to the point of no return and there's no stopping it now. She isn't able to let me down, because she's obviously the most important thing in the world to me, but she definitely doesn't want to let her coach down so it'll be a great motivator to make this work. She really wants to compete this fall with me but I told her she should aim for next April. But we'll see where she's at.
Wow she's really handling those doses well.
I don't think I could even get to 20 mgs of var alone. I had to back down from 10!!

Update: she met with her coach. Her coach is ECSTATIC to work with her. She lied to me about her weight because she was embarrassed so I won't say what she weighs but was clipped at 30%. Her coach said she has so much muscle she needs to do physique. Her LBM is about 140 lbs. She said he legs are so big she needs to stop lifting them for a while. (Wish I had that problem). She's motivated as ever now hearing that from her coach. She's definitely planning on competing next april. We figured out that the weight gain was due to A. Not eating enough B. Drinking nightly. No more alcohol for us except this Sunday since it's our anniversary. ONE margarita. Coach has her with 2500 calories (i think, I don't actually have her diet yet). Shes still not sure about physique but she's open to it. More to come!
