PrimoE/HCG Cruise during preparation for fertility

A little feels update: being on 1000ius of HCG EOD, 75ius of FSH/Menopur EOD for about 3 weeks now, my testes have got noticeable "gains"; they are fuller and are harder compared to being mushy 3 weeks ago.
As a side note, my wife had quite a bit of endometriosis before and deviated uterine septum and we went the IVF route for the 1st child. So there is a good chance we have to take this relatively expensive and hard road again.

@Krazyhippy, How old are you brother? Did you do a sperm test to confirm you have zero sperm?
Yes, it sucks coming off of test cold turkey or even if you are PCTing. But on the positive side in your case, since you are very much shut down, you will need something like 1000IUs of HCG EOD to restart your shrunken testes. And important point about this much HCG is that It will likely raise exogenous test to higher end of the normal range. Keep in mind your estrogen will skyrocket on this much HCG and therefore will require an aromataze inhibitor. But HCG or Clomid will only work if you have secondary or tertiary hypogonadism meaning your balls are functional. Your first best bet is to try HCG with Clomid. Clomid will also help with FSH which is needed for spermatogonesis.
Supplementing with creatine with good BCAA, consuming more calories from good sources of food will help with maintaining strength. I hope others will chime in with ways to keep strength...

I am 34 and had a sperm test last year when we went to the fertility doctor. They said I had zero sperm. Thank you for the info and what kind of symptoms would I be in store for? Would it be the same symptoms of low t?

Initially it would be a little worse than low t symptoms since you are natural test production is shut down and it will take some time for the body to start producing test again to your natural pre TRT levels. The traditional PCT protocol can help in this period...But if you want to increase your test level beyond your natural pre trt level with postivi impact on sperm, I would recommend staying on HCG and/or clomid.
What did the fertility doctor recommend to you after your zero sperm test?
Hopefully, he told you to start hcg along with your trt. Most good trt doctors will get you to hop on hcg, along with test, when you tell them you want to keep your fertility while on exogenous test therapy

Update on sperm analysis from last week while taking 1000IUs of hcg EOD, 75IUs of FSH/Menopur EOD, 25 mg of aromasin along with my cruise of 150mg/wk of TestCyp, 350mg/wk of PrimoE, and 4ius/day of HGH for 5 weeks and continuing until pregnancy:

Sperm count: about 20 million
Motility: greater than WHO average
Morphology: greater than WHO average

Prior to this cruise of primo and test, i was on a long blast consisting of deca, test, tren hexa and EQ. I am also taking the following supplements to undo some the damage caused by the previous long blast.
Taurine 2g; sperm health
NAC 2g
Liposomal Vitamin C 2g
Fish Oil 3g
CoQ10/Ubiquinol 200mg
B-complex
Multi-minerals
Additional Zinc, Selenium
L-methionine

I will repeat the sperm analysis in 4 weeks.
