If melted it could mean many things. Stick it in the freezer for a bit so it becomes solid again and don't let it get warm again...
Impurities present could definitely lower the melting point but in general test e will melt slightly above or at room temp. If it just a liquid messs at room temp my none professional experience and opinion has shown me it's pinged at 90% pure or less. Get it tested if you really must know.
Recrystallizing will take a little work and you need to be willing to learn but yes in general it should in theory improve your quality of your raw material if you're willing to go that far
All you really need is ethanol and to follow my save your unusable raws thread in the analytical lab testing section you can look it up

Where did u get the raws from?
I'm sick of grape seed oil. Plus, I use insulin syringes more often. I like a very liquid solution. However, after three years of storage, the quality of ethyl oleate has become lower.
Where I get it, it's no longer there, unfortunately. China.

Your raws are still in org package or did you already brew your gear ?
