just wanting to get the forums input. I placed an order, sent payment the evening of the day I place the order and filled out my order details as required by source. well its been over a week now and I cant get payment picked up, cant get a response via pm or email. should I try to get my money back, I mean haven't I given ample time or am I being impatient?

And what did the source tell you to expect as far as a timeline?
I have heard that some sources are altering their methods and timing of picking up payment due to everything going on with OCJ.
However, the fact that the source has not responded concerns me. Are they purposely avoiding you? If so, it doesn't necessarily mean they are scamming you. They havent picked up your pay yet, so that would be some weak ass scamming.
Maybe they think you might be LE, thus them not answering you WHILE ALSO not taking your money.
Or maybe they were busted? Thus them 'disappearing' on you.
I know I am throwing a lot of scenarios at you, but I am just more or less trying to think this through here. But I also know you want advice, so...
Me, personally, given everything going on right now, I'd probably just leave it alone for now. I am hoping/assuming it is money you can live without?
Oh, and is this a source that our community would recognize?

Do you mean is too long not to respond? If so, I agree.
Any good source is very clear with what the expected timeline should look like, and keeps his customers up to date if there are any delays or deviations. Now more than ever, however, due to OCJ, sources are being more and more vague and providing less and less details, for security reasons.
It's all about setting proper expectations.
No the money doesn't have me in a financial tight. He may think I'm LE, but I didn't have enough money when I placed my order for everything, then he ran a promo so I made another order not too long afterwards being that I could afford the rest of what I needed. My 1st order arrived and I'm very pleased, but I guess I may have thrown a flag up by ordering like I did.

Seeing who it is I'll say the source is laying low and has gone dark for a while at least regarding your order. They would be a possible target for the current OPS running by LE based on their location of operation. Get your money back and sent comms letting them know what you did and ask for a response once things are good.

Get your money back, I dont care if their gear is decent they are bound to fuck up eventually and not do anything about it. After 5 minutes reading their si and review threads I could see they are worse than big d ever was. If you treat your paying customers that way you won't be sround long one way or the other, sources with that lack of patience and horrible temperament always say fuck it and disappear eventually because they are lazy and do not value customers or their money
Man that's the thing, 1st order went smooth as one could ask. Followed up with my 2nd order exactly like I did the first and it's like wtf happened. But I have gotten 2 replies from him today, still want to give him the benefit of the doubt even if I shouldn't.
Money is still waiting for pickup. Not went anywhere. Just be a pain in the ass for me to get it back, plus loose a little on the refund.
EDIT: I'm not accusing these guys of scamming or anything related and hope my OP didn't come off as such, just looking for info and opinions from guys that have had more experience in dealing with such situations.
