I'm 38, been in the gym over 20 years, " holy shit it's been over 20 years ago, where does the time go" well i love it f####ing love it man. I'm new to aas an the forums. The reason I joined is I've gradually come to the realization I've peaked my natural abilities . So I'm here to learn, listen, an hopefully be able to have some valuable input in the training threads.
