Week 7 Tuesday

Pt was thrusters pull ups and burpees. It was really long. But I powered through it. Feeling amazing. Think it's a combo of sdrol being totally gone and bold kicking into full effect but I get near the end of a workout like today and I cranked out tge last 6 minutes of a workout that 4 minutes earlier I didn't know if I was going to finish. Like my body starts to get tired and wants to quit and my lungs start sucking wind and Tgen my head says don't think about it pussy and Tgen my body just started cruising with an energy I'm not able to explain. But I was still totally dead and could hardly breath and probably couldn't have continued longer, but somehow I finished when I don't think I should have been able to.

Feel fucking unstoppable. Great cycle so far
 
Week 7 Wednesday am no pt. I'm ok with this. Probably means a midnight drill though...
Started using an app called loose it to help me keep a more precise tracking of my macros, not perfect but good enough, and I'm not getting my protein anywhere high enough with out shake supplementation due to a chow hall diet.
So question to the peanut gallery: I can eat for free there and protein powder is cheap but is it worth the extra 15ish bucks a day to get my protein from whole food sources by hopping a cab to a grocery store a few times a week? In all of your humblest of opinions
 
Week 7 Thursday
Lots of pull ups for pt witch was no big deal. Ran a 5 k at night. Nothing really notable. Feels ok though
 
Week 7 Friday
Am pt was 100 lb rucking at a 15 minute Mile pace. Tough terrain. Probably only about 5 miles

Pm I did open wod 16.4 and to my surprise I killed it. Looking online I am in the upper side of average Haha. But I felt really strong through it. It just felt good.
 
HGH CAME IN TODAU FINALLY! Going to get baseline blood work done before I start taking it. Shoukd be using it by Wednesday

Whey is an excellent source of protein. If it's easy for you I'd just stick with that. What are your chow hall meals like? I'd be surprised if you're not getting enough protein from them.
 
Week 8 Sunday

Glutes were super tight as a result of a monster deadlift day on Friday so the oil just woukdnt go in. Felt like I was pushing with all my effort. Hand even cramped up...

Monday
Am pt was overhead pressing pull ups and short sprints

Ordering tests to check baseline on hgh and if tomorrow. Will start using 2 units daily on Wednesday
 
Whey is an excellent source of protein. If it's easy for you I'd just stick with that. What are your chow hall meals like? I'd be surprised if you're not getting enough protein from them.
The food is pretty good quality. Usually a vegetable and some sort of heavy carb like pasta or rice or something. Lots of meatloaf. Sometimes chicken sometimes pork. Rarely steak. But there is not an animal protein at every meal
 
Lots of meatload sounds like lots of protein to me. I'd say you're getting plenty to grow as much as you can. Not worth worrying about imo.
 
Week 8 Monday pm
Lots of heavy 1,2,3,4. And 5 rep sets of shoulder press and cable high rows.
My strict press is getting noticeably stronger. Able to put on an extra 10lbs for most sets compared to old working weight
 
Week 8 Wednesday am pt consisted of smirf Jacks, sit ups, and push-ups.
Stomach still feeling funny so might skip lifting tonight and go tomorrow
Started hgh today. 2 units in the am
 
Week 8 Thursday 2 units gh
Am pt was a long ass ruck run

Pm worked the squats

Friday 2 units gh
Am pt was a bunch of pull ups push-ups and smirph burpees

Pm I did 16.5 open wod

Then a little later I did weighted pull ups, strict presses, heavy neutral grip lat bar pull-down, incline press machine
