Prop, tren, and DMZ 3.0

They tire me out if I eat a bunch, for some reason.

Here was my breakfast today-

5 whole eggs + 3/4 cup of egg whites
1 scoop whey (right when I woke up, quick digesting, gets the ball rolling) + almond milk

Sometimes steak or bacon. Sort of depends on how hungry I am, or bloated (if I am, no bacon).
Sounds about right. I usually eat a bunch of eggs for breakfast as well but I felt like changing it up today. I eat about 6 whole eggs every morning most of the time. I don't do egg whites, can't stand em lol.
 
I don't mind them if I mix in whole eggs. I genuinely hate eggs, all around. I would prefer to eat meat. But, eggs are cheap and a great protein source....

You're tellin' me man. I have egg laying hens that produce around 10 high quality eggs a day, so I'm sure you could imagine how sick of them I am. But like you said, cheap, and in my case free lol.

Love it! That's ideal. Luckily, even high quality eggs are fairly cheap, so it's a staple in my diet.
 
I agree...way too much carbs!

You say almond milk has no saturated fat. Do you not believe saturated fats are good for you?
I never said they were good or bad but I already consume my fair share of saturated fat and my LDL/HDL is already a bit out of whack. I'm no nutritionist so by all means if you have any recommendations I'm all ears.
 
Honestly, I have the best results when I time my carbs pre and post workout. Sometimes just post/intra.

I will have a small amount of carbs with veggies and fruits throughout the day (mainly to satiate cravings and get some fiber/vitamins).

I would double the eggs and cut the carbs in half.
 
Speaking a long these lines, Ive heard that dmz and some other orals work better with a high carb diet? It there any truth to that with any AAS or is that just broscience?

Im thinking maybe its to combat lethargy...

I notice I feel more energetic throughout the day with a high carb breakfast but I might be a minority in that aspect, idk. I do know for performance lifting, fullness, and overall building size/growing, carbs are king.

Saturated fats are not the bad guy here. It's carbs. I do a little to no carb diet, high fats, moderate protein.

I also don't understand the prohormone thing! Are prohormones "little league" and steroids are "major league"? I'm not up on them, and I apologize for that.
 
I'm sure you guys are correct but I'm still going to eat my carbs. Can't stand the idea of low carb. I try to keep them in the 600g range :D

This oral was once available on the market legally but make no mistake they are steroids. "Prohormones" are precursors to steroids. These are active compounds in their current form. "Designer steroids" In the same league as your other illicit orals.
 
Alright guys well I've started this cycle! Currently 8 days in consisting of:
50mg Prop ED
75mg tren A ED
3 pills super DMZ 3.0 ED
.25mg Adex ED

I'm also taking fish oil, milk thistle, B6, and a multivitamin, along with ungodly amounts of food and water.

The tren and prop I'm on currently were samples from Xeno (yes I know I shouldn't have accepted samples) that I got a few months back. So far I have noticed my attitude change a little bit. Nothing drastic. Trouble staying asleep, and odd dreams. Vascularity has improved and I'm noticing some scale weight which I attribute to the oral. Once I finish up the Xeno prop and tren I will be switching to DYEL prop and comp TH conversion tren A, so that will be a decent comparison of quality for the SAMPLE Xeno gear.

Once again guys, I know now I should've never accepted a free sample from a source. I own up to my mistake and it won't be happening again. With that being said, I'm a man of my word so I am going to be logging my experience with the gear. It would be pretty shitty of me to accept the offer and then not hold up my end of the bargain. Everyone just take my results for what they are worth though. The sample I reicieved may or may not reflect the quality of the rest of Xeno gear. You be the judge, but so far from what I can tell the stuff is decent.
Just noticed you're running DYEL's prop later, I liked it when I ran it. nice and smooth.
