Prop, tren, and DMZ 3.0

I always have an abundance of eggs because I have hens that lay them lol. Milk is a tough one for me though, I can't drink it without lactaid. Being lactose intolerant is a pain in the ass, I have to take it with any kind of dairy.
 
Did shoulders yesterday

Barbell Overhead press

1x20 (bar only)
2x12 95lb
2x10 145lb
1x6 165lb
1x3 185lb (PR)
1x1 200lb (PR)
2x8 145lb
1x12 95lb

Seated DB press

1x12 45s
2x12 50s
2x10 65s
1x12 40s

Shoulder pain started flaring up during the DB presses. This shit hurts and can really limit the intensity of my workouts.

Cable upright rows supersetted with cable tricep pull downs (rope).
No rest between sets, just back and forth. Rows, triceps, rows, triceps, and so on.

Shrugs

6x15 3 plates

Lateral raise machine

5x12 100lbs

Seated dips

5x12 #7 pin. Who knows how much weight those things really are.

Tbh you probably were good after OHP, no need for DB presses..ya know?? Looks like it was a good workout brother.

Thanks! Overhead press has always been one of if not my strongest lift. I love the exercise. I would be a liar if I said the 185 for 3 and 200 for 1 were strict reps though I threw a little momentum in there but I got the shit up! But yeah you're definitely right about the DB presses. I'm a chronic overtrainer. I also have a training partner that likes to refer to any excuses as "vaginitis" so we both tend to ego lift through the discomfort. He's began to piss me off in the past week or two but I try to show restraint. We fuck with each other a lot and we can both be assholes.

I've said it before, I train the same way. Its that fucking addict in us. But, I'm glad we keep that fucker locked in the gym!! Lol
