Prop, tren, and DMZ 3.0

Last nights chest workout:

Flat bench press:

1x15 135lb
5x6 225lb
1x8 205lb
2x12 175lb

Incline bench:

5x12 165lb
1x15 95lb

Hammer strength decline

1x12 2 plates
1x12 3 plates
1x6 4 plates (barely fits)
3x12 2 plates

Hammer strength wide grip

6x12 2 plates

Cable crossover

6x15 45lb

Decided to do a few sets of squats for the hell of it

1x15 145lb
1x10 195lb
3x8 245lb
3x15 145lb

Hammer curls

Drop set 8-10 reps each
50lb
40lb
35lb
30lb
27.5lb
15lb

After that I hit a bicep machine for about 5 sets plus some abs in between then got the hell outta there for some food. I was one sweaty mother fucker lol. It wasn't a very structured workout but it's the kind I enjoy where you get in the gym, go hard and just have fun. Drugs and nutrition are a huge part of bodybuilding of course but nothing comes close to how much I enjoy killing it in the gym. It's my home away from home and how I keep my sanity. I love every bit of the pain and sweat. Anyway, tonight is back day. I'll try to remember to update the log when I get home.

My type of workout! Looking sexy bro, glad to hear you're doing well! The whole DMZ shit scared me a bit. I didn't look at the prior posts, did you replace DMZ with another compound, or is it just tren and test P? Also, looks like DYEL, yeah?

Thanks bro! But nope I just dropped the DMZ and I'm running test and tren. In the picture is DYEL prop and xeno tren.

Yeah man, you need to think of cardio as more than a calorie burn. Especially if you want to get really big. You need that heart in good shape, because it's going to be working harder than the average guy's.

Find some sort of cardio that feels productive for you, and you'll learn to love it just like lifting. 9 months out of the year, I'm a bicycle commuter to work. Ten miles a day, five days a week. Love it, am miserable right now because I'm stuck on the indoor bikes right now. FL is just too hot right this second to get my afternoon ride home in, it eats me up too much to lift with any consistency after doing it. Come on mid October. . .

Cardio makes you feel great too, once you get past the break in hump. Releases those endorphins. Great way to keep yourself feeling level.

I've never had the knees for the treadmill myself. Used to try and try, always trying to push through, and always fucking myself up for it.

I like HIIT sprinting, but I can't do tabata for shit. 2:1 rest/work for my chain smoking lazy ass. And anymore than about 15 intervals, there's the goddamned knees again. . .
