I've always heard 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. I got some bad UG stuff and didn't gain any weight from it. I posted this and people were flaming me because I was eating 4,000 calories and 250g protein a day. Shouldn't that have been enough to gain weight. I just gained 5 lbs.
I think it was people associated with the UG lab posting that was a noob and didn't know what I was doing. That's what I always done and gained at least 20 lbs during a cycle every time except this one. I read that even 0.8g protein is enough to gain weight.
