I thought I would start a thread of my own. I am just starting to get serious about my diet and meal prepping. I wanted to see what some of you guys are doing for protien, and how you are preparing it. I didn't want to clog up @Oregongearhead beloved what are you eating thread. So I have been doing chicken breast and tri-tip. I really like how the tri-tip turns out on the BBQ. Not a fan of the chicken breast, I am planning on switching to thighs. I am thinking about adding some fish, I'm going to check what is affordable at the store this weekend. I need to get some more containers, and calculate how many pounds I need for 5 days better. I prepped twice this week and thought I was cooking a lot but only ended up with like 6 containers of food after everything was weighed out. Anyhow feel free to post your recipes and prepping tips and tricks. I look forward to seeing what you all post up, some of you guys seem to really have a handle on this dieting, looking to learn as much as I can.
