Well, I tried 3mg dose, per Ghoul's suggestion, along with 20mg tadalafil for the first time last night. Side effects were as advertised; nausea and flushing. I can honestly say that I have never experienced anything like that. The wife snuck out in the middle of the night to sleep in a spare room and get away from me and my perma-boner. Understand that I am in my 50s and this is not a normal thing for me. I will be keeping a supply of PT-141 around. Worst sleep though. My whoop monitor says I got zero sleep. Anyone else have bad sleep on this?

I attempted 2.5 mg in 0.25 ml today

I didn't have much luck with it. Even at low doses it makes me very nauseous, I flush so bad I look like a tomato which it makes my skin hurt for hours. No noticeable change in libido or sexual function. I have found that a low dose of MT2 only causes mild flushing/nausea and I get the added benefits of increased libido and a nice tingly feeling downstairs.
