I don't see how any state can have a personal use clause because its a scheduled controlled substance at the federal level and simple possession is a 3rd degree felony. But no one really gives a fuck so unless you get caught with it while engaging in other dumb fuckery you're good. Distribution is an entirely different animal.

Kind of crazy in my state possession is a misdemeanor. Now selling is a felony, and further aggravated if to a minor.

The upside is all the low hanging fruit for the feds. This platform requires investigation and actual work. There is so many labs on Facebook and Instagram acting like its legal and idiots influencers with youtube channels pretending they have a free pass . And most labs get popped cause they start selling recreational drugs also and that is usually what gets them busted. But never the less thats why I stay private and anonymous online the extra business is not worth the risk.

I remember like 12 years ago well fitness and nutrition in Miami had a website taking credit card payments acting like its was legal they even sponsored Tiger fitness and a couple other pro athletes and has them advertising .you could pay with credit card and all they would even ask for google reviews. I said their days were numbered and people tried telling me they had a loophole or some BS but the feds raided them and the owner lost his medical license.
That shit has been going on for decades I've been in and out of the recovery community since I was 18 I'm about to be 34 now I've heard of dudes watching a certain dope house then tracking the buyers back to his or her house kicking in doors raiding the house finding user amounts of dope telling them how many times they've been to said address an holding that shit over there heads to get information on the dope house they just left confirming who's in the house and what they are pushing. Granted this was like 13 years ago when street cops could literally beat the shit outta people but I'm still assuming task force as still doing shit like this today.
I’m also in the recovery community. I have first hand experience with narcotics task force officers. They absolutely do shit like this. And they work their way up the chain to a big bust. We knew the dealers who got busted and had a get out of jail free card were CIs (confidential informants). I knew a heroin dealer who had a massive raid on his house. More than a dozen task force officers, a helicopter, shit made the news. Three months later he was back at it out of the same house… One of my old friends was a small time drug dealer but also was committing check fraud. The police held that over him, he should have done at least 5 years and he did 2 weeks and probation with narcotics officers lol. Law enforcement uses any tactics at their discretion including manipulating drug users and drug dealers to move higher up the bust chain.
Anyone that has ever had federal charges should never be trusted or close to you. Thats who does it and even if they kept their mouth shut and did the time they are being watched and you might as well smile for the cameras.
