Today was amazing i sat in for the owner of my gym.
I always wonder what it would be like to be like arnold. to eat sleep and fuck gym.
I had a whole 8 hrs
oatmeal shake
arms preacher curls, 20,40,60 burn out
tricep kick backs, 35,45,40 burn out
skull crushers, 20,90,60 burn out also learned a trick after i do one set i do a few chest press. nice.
cabel curls 50,60,60, burn out
over head ext all 3 to burn out
tricep pull downs. all burn out.
rest ate chicken, potatoe, aspargus,
rested a few hours,
then
legs,
squats warm up 250, 410, 300
fronts squats 140 3 sets then to failure
leg ext each to failure 100,60,60,
legcurls 125,100,100,
rested ate chicken lol

chest
bench press 90.180,90, burn out
chest press, 90,180,180 burn out
flys 125,100,100
dumbell flys 45,75,60

cardio, um not so good 10 mins,

so this is my first time var it was a little odd i ate late after taking this. felt like my blood sugar was real low. not sure if the var intensifed that or not. then 2nd dose later felt fine,
No gym just work and rest.

Im really starting to sweat like crazy when im doing cardio/ i puddels of sweat.
 
So Im feeling pretty good strength is up. taking a while to go to sleep as my body always feels amped up. I have to walk around alot in my job noticed my calfs were pumped as hell. I belive the var is starting to take affect.
sex life is good. the wife said we have to wait a few day as she needs her good to heal.
as ive been smashing it over and over. so Ive been on the porn hub ; ) so i should be able to get some tonight : o
 
Yesterday best sex im my life. Tried to be a little romantic little foreplay gave her nice oral sex. Then the craziest thing happened I felt something on my leg. It was premature I was like wtf. This hasn't happened since I was a young buck my wife took it as a compliment. Went for hours nice and slow then hard in every position you can think of. It was a very good night for the both of us I had three e jaculations right after each other. Very nice!!!!!

Great log man, subbed. Tell me how you are dealing with the tren/cardio issue? Just power through it? Can't breathe!
 
20 mins tops on the cardio. Its been killer between sweating like a pig and trying to get air I just pace my self lol
