Three weeks later and still my domestic pack hasn’t shipped. I sincerely doubt my international order ever shipped either at this point. WTF happened to this vendor?

I have an INTL order thats @ 4 weeks..tbh they don't have raws left. I've just written it off at this point.

It's now PurplePandaOils not PurplePandaRaws.
Everything popular has been turned to oils.

That’s pretty much where I’m at also. I have two international orders and one domestic order. If a domestic order can’t ship within 3 weeks then I’m not holding out much hope for the international stuff.

There's a vet here who seems to know PPL pretty well but doesn't post a lot (can't remember his name off the top of my head)

He's probably the only one who might know what PPL's doing now if it's something other than the other Chinese vendors
 
I dont know, seems like a risky person to do business with. On top of that, the prices are outrageously high. They arent even part of (or active in) the meso community, so you just have to hope for the best. Ive seen people saying they send messages and dont get any replies, and then other people saying they get their orders no problem. Then some people say their oils are underfilled. I doubt i will be doing any business with them, i mean if their prices were somewhat appealing i might take a chance. Just seems like alot more to lose than to gain dealing with them. I know they used to have raws, but now they barely have anything

Yes I have, multiple times. It’s the same drag every time. “I’ll check with the warehouse” then I hear nothing for days. Email again and same thing, “I’ll check with the warehouse” didn’t you just check with them the last time? When I mentioned refund, they pretty much just stopped responding entirely, haven’t heard a word since
