@purplepandalabs any planned compensation for those of us who have been waiting? I usually would have received my pack a while ago, but I finally just got a working tracking number.

I understand issues happen, but it sounds like this is something you knew about. You knew about it when I ordered, so you definitely had to know about it when @androgenics89 ordered.

I remember ordering Albuterol, paying for it, then receiving a pack just to find out you were out of Albuterol? You guys are pretty good as far as customer service goes, but are very reactive and seem to lack proactiveness. An email saying "hey we're out of this, here's this instead" would have been pretty easy to do, especially since (im assuming) a person puts the order together.

Same thing here. You could have sent out an automated response with each order (shipping times are taking longer than usual, please be patient) or something like that.

We will find out if I ever receive my pack. I was supposed to be compensated for the product I never received, but since they keep playing slap and tickle with my pack, I don't know.

I have DHB as well and it crashed at 200. And some of the 150's crashed. So we will see how that goes.
