I'm still struggling with Ava.
Pack's been stuck at customs, she won't reship or refund.
She even lied saying it was seized and she reshipped (but has no new tracking number) which was bullshit. I called her out on that crap and she did a 180. Now she says its currently still at customs and to continue waiting.

And...the raws I ordered are now out of stock.
Am done with ordering raws for now.

Yeah, hoping for a refund here as well. I'd rather save a few hundred than risk a reship that gets seized 2nd time. The reship won't even have the shit I really wanted cause it's oos now.

My record in customs for a package that actually arrived is 25 days. So I guess there's still some hope it'll escape.

Got it ordered myself to the UK. Tbh i don't think it's been shipped yet, they've been "preparing package " for like 5 days!

I'm also waiting. They haven't sent it yet, it's been 6 days since I paid. They told me it would take two days to send the tracking number, but those two days have already passed.

how does pp cacl shipping? i ordered some ba and bb and 5 vials....got hit with$110 shipping...seemed high....you all good with their shipping costs, feel like they are predictable?

I had the same issue. Shipping came up to $195 for some pretty small weight. I asked and they said finished and raws are diff warehouses, and it’s $55 each, plus $20 per additional 400g. Not sure how that worked out. They said to mail if it was a problem and they’d “work something out for you”

in the order I got 3x 20ml Tren e vials. For some reason, buying 5 of the 20ml vials would have been $20 cheaper than buying a single 100ml vial PPL sells.

Well, I sit down to filter them and was going to put them into 2x 30ml vials. First 20ml vial, a perfect 17ml. 2nd 20ml vial, a perfect 17ml. 3rd 20ml vial a perfect 17ml. Doesn't seem like much a mistake. the vials did have a lot of headroom, but these vials change and I thought it was just extra space. Nope! Purplepanda is shorting us more than 10% on the tren.

I know for a syringe filter, mine hold about 2ml in the filter chamber.
You gotta either push the rest out with air or use carrier oil. If I use carrier oil or air, I don't push the whole 2mls purposefully to not dilute the end product.

@OldmemberNewcuenta how did you measure that 17mL? Was it the volume in the syringe when you were extracting from the original vials, or measurement of the filtered product?

why would i measure the post filtered product? lol
It was the measurements when extracting from their vials before i even attached a filter to the syringe. kind of hard to miss all of those notches. when the syringes are 20ml syringes.

Has absolutely nothing to do with my issue. This is BEFORE it was filtered, I simply extracted the oil from their vial into a syringe, and thats what the syringes filled to. 17ml on the dot every single one of the vials.

That was my guess, but it was an interesting theory given the dwell capacity of the filters in question.

Maybe you filtered out 3mL worth of impurities. Given the general vibe of PPL, that wouldn’t shock me. I have a few of their 100mL bottles of “beard oil” and I am for sure testing that shit before pinning.

lol that would have been a lot of impurity. but to be honest, i didn't even measure the final filtered amount. Just shocked to see 15% of each vial is unaccounted for. i cant be the only one who noticed this.

I’ve got a 20mL vial of their Frog Juice that I impulse bought in a moment of absolute stark raving lunacy. I will almost certainly never put that shit in my body. I might use it to kill off some invasive plants in the yard.

if I have time in the next few days I’ll filter it and check the original volume along the way. I mean I obviously have time if I can post here, but if I get around to it…
