So fellas it's time to stop collecting random Ugl steroids and start using them! I've been on a cruise for about 7 months, between 250 and 500 test. My first cycle will be a small warmup to ease back into the world of anabolics. Second is a Seth feroce style cycle. My diet will be what's posted, on weekends I may replace a shake meal with a steak meal. Let me know what you think guys all feed back is appreciated!

@Wunderpus I actually may have copied the diet from you just changed it up a bit and around my schedule.

@MindlessWork the training will be a mix Between Dorian Yates blood n guts with fst7 ending each exercise. So basically as heavy as possible with pristine form and then light weight pump after.
 
Guys I don't know if you noticed but there's an emphasis on no chicken! No dry bland chicken breast this go around, also no rice other then the rice crispier I finely ground and drink post workout. Also my lady does make me eat fruits and veggies at certain meals.

First day was yesterday, new gym, they harassed me trying to get me to buy the most expensive membership till i almost punched the chick in the nuts. Some fat Chick said "trust me I'm a nasm personal trainer" fuckin fatty gtfo my muhfuckin face. Rant over.
Shots went well, it's an object dbol so every day pinning.

Fish oil
Dandelion root
D3
Adex
1 1/2 tablets of ecstasy
-and my person scripts.
