Putting up big ass numbers

Weight today was 204.0

Workout was,

2x5 paused bench @ 330lbs
2x5 high bar squats @ 430lbs
2x5 deadlifts @ 505lbs

I actually felt pretty good today. Soreness in my shoulders was gone, back felt good, my elbows feel good. All the weights moved great. I was even a tad skeptical of the bench, but it went up smooth. Hopefully the drol and var will give me that extra strength around comp time to finally hit 405+ on bench. I think I'm pretty damn close to 405 as it is, I would probably have it if I was fresh. The squats feel good too. I smoked 430 today just as easy I was hitting 415 last week. The only one I'm feeling skeptical of is deadlift. I'm not sure if I have the mid 600's pull I'm hoping for, but regardless I'm fucking going for it! Ha.

4x8 calf raises
4x15 calf raises

Once again, the weight moved really good. Elbows are holding up really good too. Definitely looking forward to the squats and bench at the meet. Not so much deads, but we'll see. Ha. Maybe I'll get lucky and pull the 655 I'm hoping for.

Workout was,

2x2 deadlifts @ 565lbs
3x12 lat pulldowns
2x12 seated cable rows
5x12 preacher curls
6x15 db curls

Deadlifts didn't move too bad. I noticed the 1st rep on each set was a little slower than the second. I'll have to start taking some videos of my sets and try to fix my positioning

4x8 calf raises
4x15 calf raises

Once again, weight moved smooth. Squats finally felt heavy, but I definitely had a couple reps left in me on each set

Workout was,

3x4 paused bench @ 340lbs
3x4 high bar squats @ 440lbs
1x1 deadlifts @ 585lbs
1x8 deadlifts @ 495lbs
1x8 deadlifts @ 405 lbs

585 didn't move too bad. Thanks to my girlfriend I felt a little sick the last couple days. Ended up training at a different gym today and they only had this really shitty Walmart belt there. All in all a pretty decent session. I'm going to Vegas tomorrow, but after that I should be feeling fresh again and I'm going to start the car and ramp up the eq and test. Then it's time to get really serious with training.
 
Well, the short trip to Vegas is over. I was disappointed because at iron addicts they had a wall of power. I needed to deadlift 400lbs over my bodyweight and bench 200lbs over my bodyweight to get my name on there and there were only like 5 names on it. The guy that worked there said you had to be a member to get your name on it though.

I'll probably just do some 5s at 315 on the bench tonight and 3s at 545 on deads. Then I'll be back at 100% next week.

Here is my new suit I got. It was from this store Kiton. A little spendy but I was pretty stoned at the time so I thought it was funny to buy it anyways so I could brag that it cost more than most people's cars.... definitely regretting it now. Haha
