i dont know anything about slu-pp-332.. I do not think it is hard to maintain 12-14 % bf once you get there.. In my personal experince going from say 26% to12% was hard AF, it took a lot of focus hardwork, dedication and drugs. Currently trying to pack on some mass so we shall see how it goes tryiong to stay fairly lean at the same time.Worst part of this game. I have never been sub 10% however, which is a goal I have on the horizon for sure. If for no other reason, I want to be able to prove to myself that I can do it.

In my experience, growing and staying lean is helped quite a bit by higher GH doses. SLU-PP-332 is supposed to ameliorate fat gain during a caloric surplus; it's an aerobic exercise mimetic. Giving it a test right now.
