So as far as the customer service aspect. If I had never asked for tracking at what point would I have been informed about the out of stock?
Why was my order taken since it was out of stock?
Why did the assistant tell me it was being restocked and on the way since it seems like it never was?
I was asked if I could wait a few weeks and not offered something else?
What was the end goal? Obviously to let me order and pay for something that's not going to be available for some time.
What are my options now? I would ask but I don't think they are at work anymore, and I have been lied to already. Not OK.
