I would prefer the choice to make my own determination of risk. I would not prefer to pay extra for costs incurred testing for things that have historically proven inconsequential. Paralysis by analysis. At some point, you just have to accept a certain level of risk that is inherent with even simply existing, and this has become the equivalent of min/max'ing.
