I’m having issues with an order I have been trying to place since November 9th.
I ordered two mast E for the oil promo, Irene got back to me too late and it was out of stock. No worries.
I asked for a refund but Irene insisted there was a few kits left in the US warehouse, I just needed to send more money for shipping. I did just that.
So far Irene has collected $270 from me.
Mast E in the domestic warehouse sold out, she asked if I wanted Mast P instead, and I said no, just send the money back to my BTC address. No response for two days
A new oil promo popped up for test and I said that if there was issues refunding me to just send me 4 Test E kits and the $270 she has should be enough to cover shipping
She said I still needed to send over more money
I said forget it, send me my refund.
Now all my messages are being sent to spam and I still have no product or refund

On a case by case basis, regarding you specifically—an educated and experienced consumer—you wouldn't. However, I can only think of one reason you would: avoid any legal ramifications.
Previously, a question was asked, in essence, "Why continue to buy and deal with the shit." This was asked following a problem with packaging. Other than quality, re-filtering, customer service, etc., leaking gear exposes the consumer to risks beyond testing and sterilty... legal vulnerability.
While there are differing variables, my response was aimed to tie it all in together, "budget." Why continue to buy? It comes down— IMO and generally speaking—to budget. Other than those like yourself, this vendor has made access and quantity to compounds many (likely the majority) simply couldn't afford.
This vendors products, testing, reputation and pricing are no-doubt outstanding. Although, they DO come with certain caveats. Many have been dsicussed, and the vendor has acknowledged most.
I'm with you, we can be price-conscious. And, we can be health-conscious. However, if I'm to be "legal-conscious," a level of hesitation falls over me—for the oils at least. If we attempt to look at consumers of this vendor as a whole, they're not erudite 50 year olds like you and I. They are much younger uncouth who likley account only with budget. This was the meaning behind my previous response.
I apologize for the long post my friend. Since you asked, you deserve a proper response. In my haste, I often "throw" short replies that may look cryptic or otherwise crass.

As part of the continuity of QSC's improvement, after having taken into account all the previous feedbacks, I would like to share with you some forms of improvement:
First for underfilling, we use now 15ml vials for the new batches, as you noticed in the last batch of Primo 100mg/ml and many others, they appear not to be full enough, but they are well filled at 10ml and fatter and I pushed for them to be better filled with a target of 11-12ml per vial for all the next ones. This will begin with the pre-order batches (Test E, test C, sustanon, test P).
The old batches are still in circulation with the old packaging, and so potentially any problems with rubber stoppers falling, these problems will be perfectly resolved with the new batchs.
That said, there is a big shortage in the market, and these old batchs are gold, because we have had difficulty obtaining raws supplies until now and we are only depleting the reserves.
What about the packaging, we use several versions, relatively quite solid, we noticed a very large reduction in problems with broken bottles compared to before, they are very rare now, these are few pictures of some last deliveries:

Unfortunately the EQ raws are liquid, and a proper packaging of it that avoids leaking can be done only in 1kg form. Below that, we can use pouches and bags, with the risk of leaking, so we avoid this.
Can we combine the Bold U and test RAWS together? From the two promo? Please save us wasting a lot of money in shipping
