You’re acting like this is a Fortune 500 company. It’s a preorder, they’re writing your name down on a yellow pad with the amount you’re buying so they know how much to make. They’re selling shit that doesn’t exist. No reason they can’t add another fictitious item to the order. There are no “steps,” because there is no sale. They’re taking money for theoretical shit. You’re giving them way more credit than they deserve. Case in point: ask them about the oral preorder and how that went…..fucking disaster.I am pointing out the obvious: When a sale is made, there are steps that follow. Changing those steps is a huge waste of time, it inserts a point of failure (packing the wrong items) etc. That is if you want a streamlined operation.
