Just to clarify, you submitted two separate promo orders, but only received one tracking number? Or you had two promo orders delivered and both had the same tracking number? If it’s the former then ask for the 2nd tracking number. I ordered an oils promo in October, then a Reta promo 7 days later. When I ask for tracking they provided the same tracking number for both but when I emailed them for clarification they eventually sent the other number.
If it’s the latter then who cares. I’ve had a single order get shipped in two boxes (1 of 2 and 2 of two) that shared the same tracking number.
