The US. As far as I know what’s on the market here now is lacking whatever ingredients that actually made it work. Pretty sure it was pulled many years ago.

No, they can't simply confiscate private property without due process.
Letters can take 4 months or even longer to arrive. But packs can't simply disappear into government custody.
Especially if the FDA gets involved.
