H2 of 10iu = pack of 2 kits of 100iu = 2 x 100IU = 200 IU (20 vials)

H6 of 10iu = pack of 6 kits of 100iu = 6 x 100IU = 600 IU (60 vials)

Arithmetically speaking you can only order modulo 2 and modulo 6, therefore their multiples:
2,4,6,8,10,12,...24,...

Consider taking multiples of 6 instead, because I'm sure multiples of 2 will go away very quickly.

Same for the Australians, only modulo 5.
So multiples of 5 kits (500IU)
5,10,15, 20 etc...
