I've been using the same bottle for like 4 years without issues, it shouldn't expire if stored properly (cool/dark place). Bacteria won't growth, BA won't degrade overtime.

If you have a doubt, you can re-sterilize it at 15-20 psi for 2h.

Yeah not USA, I buy sterile water, it is used for irrigation too so I guess that would work the same. You need non pyrogenic water. Doesn't matter how you call it.

I got fucking huge black guys all the time that come up to me at my gym asking for advice. Saying damn I want to look like you. I just think wtf, these guys have no idea how blessed they are to look the way they do. The question they always ask is should they take creatine. I just shake my head because if these guys would actually take gear they would be scary looking. They know NOTHING about gear whatsoever.
This sport is 100% genetics.
Does hard work matter? To a point.
Does eating right matter? To a point.
Do drugs matter? To a point.
At the end of the day if you don’t have the genetics to respond to all of the above you’re just going to look like a gym bro.
