I've been meaning to do a write up on this after completing a bunch of research on filters because there are way more options than people realize. You absolutely need PES for peptides. PTFE can filter water but is designed for oil and air. 4mm is best but 13mm won't kill you. Please don't use non-sterile filters on something you want to be sterile.

How is 8 hours at 20 PSI in a lab different from 8 hours at 20 PSI at home? Especially since you don’t have to open any packages, but dry-sterilize them.
