In all seriousness, those are called Oil Seeds, or "sebaceous filaments". They appear when sebaceous glands grow (or when accutane makes them shrink).
If they're only appearing since switching to QSCs HGH it's probably because it's more potent than whatever was being used before. HGH makes sebaceous (oil) glands grow, not a sign of an infection or anything. Throw AAS into the mix and they can grow so large your nose will literally get bigger.
