The Chloride form raws purity is about 60%-70% (when it's found, more rare), and also more pricey.
The Iodide is +98%, so it allows accurate dosing of the tablets.
That said, few people care really about the difference and from a sales point of view, providing double price for a product, because of a small detail that 90% if its buyers ignore and don't care about, is not the best choice for sales.
I think you get my point, but I know that the chloride is known to be better, but what is the remaining 40-30% impurities, are they harmful compared the harm of iodide, no idea.
Requires more advanced research and testing to estimate pros and cons of each.

Honestly, when I saw the tape, then opened it and saw a bag of powder, I was pretty damn confident my door was about to be kicked in

Hoping since it’s been 2 days, that isn’t happening. But I can’t believe US Customs just let a bag of powder through…wouldn’t that normally be seized? Lol. I’d ordered a domestic I think raw tadalifil from QSC and even that stressed me out. No clue what this baggie is but I was freaking for a couple minutes

To clarify, I posted links to bulk API suppliers (there are others) for AAS raws. These are legal operations to supply bulks to licensed customers. I did this to combat the disinformation that all raw AAS production in China is black market.
