That is very odd to have a 2nd shipment end up the same way. Tracy had said he was in contact with the shipping company and in the end, came back to say it appears customs swapped packages in repacking. I haven’t heard back from him since then. I really hoped it was a one off issue. I too find it odd that customs would let it pass but maybe whatever customs it goes through is lazy and stupid. I can imagine a fat guy just dumping boxes out on a table and shoving random things back in whatever packs he feels like.

Does seem odd to have so much Hepius products when Q doesn’t sell them. Just feels fishy somehow.

Yeah, if it were just a matter of things being missing or randomly swapped.
But the exact same product, from the exact same brand, in 2 orders, is very strange.
I read the description and immediately remembered you pictures, from yesterday.
Idk how they conduct these inspections, but I wouldn't think they just dump the stuff out on a table in a mess, together with other items, as you say.
Wouldn't it be a more orderly process?
Hopefully, the mystery shall be explained, at some point.

I got the implication that it was possible the shipping company had some idea of what happened but nothing else was mentioned about it. Next reply was saying it was customs fault. It sucks for those of us screwed out of product and money. Sounds like his may have been even more valuable than my $485 package. I’m confident it’s nothing intentional from QSC, but I’m suspicious if there wasn’t some stupid thing happened at some point in the supply chain that we’ll never hear of due to opsec and procedures. I’m just hopeful it’ll be made right by me.

this is why i came on to share b/c i think knowing this happened again to another person's order (mine) with pretty much the same "mistake"....i think it casts potentially a different light on things.
 
Wheres the list? Searching "list" and going through traceys recent posts comes up with no paste bin. I hit tracey up on whats app 2 weeks ago for list and never got a response

I haven't been in here in a bit. Is the thought process now that whoever is manufacturing the tabs for QSC is the same hepius brand manufacturer And they fucked up the packaging possibly?
A couple of people found it in their orders, 1 yesterday and 1 today.
Both packages inspected by customs, but what are the chances.
Neither ordered it, apparently, and they were sent the wrong items.
Tracy responded, I think, but I don't remember what he said.
