I think that’s where you might be misinformed. Just because something is not a controlled substance doesn’t make it legal regardless of the “not intended for human consumption” label. Many RC dealers in prison because they believed the same thing you believed. In almost every state I’m aware of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription is illegal. Viagra, GLPs, hgh, etc.
Definitely for dealers at Federal level under pure food, drug, cosmetics act as you can find case law where they're charged with misbranding (it's in the law). Also seems to me for same law, any usp or NF deemed drugs would be a risk for individuals as regulated legend drugs, though I've not dug across state case law decisions for this. I think pipeline meds like retra probably grey enough though to be safe as not addressed as regulated anywhere I've seen.

Rick Collins "The Steroid Lawyer" discussed this in a video. Intent is the critical element.

Label it as the branded drug, it's a "Counterfeit pharmaceutical". Sell it as intended for human use, it becomes "Introducing a misbranded (or unapproved) drug into interstate commerce.".

The FDA recently shut down two online sellers who used the "for research use only" technique for Sema and Tirz, yet provided instructions on reconstituting and dosage. That was enough evidence.

I can buy pure minoxidil, legally, all day long. Formulate it into a shampoo for personal use, there's nothing to prosecute. Press it into tabs and start selling it, I'm going to have a problem with the FDA.

Urea is perfectly legal for a variety of uses, until you make it into a prescription strength foot cream and sell it, or perhaps, in theory get caught possessing it in "Rx only drug" form, but possession of a non-controlled prescription drug for personal use gets prosecuted about as often as possessing a controlled drug prescribed to you beyond the "discard by" expiration date on the bottle. Yes, possessing the unused codeine from your dental appointment 3 years ago is illegal, technically, as the prescription is no longer "valid" at that point.

That’s easily the worst VPN I’ve ever used, Right next to Nord.

It’s 2024 my guy. PIA is proven logless and it’s like $100 a year
Lol. PIA is for grandmas trying to bootleg copies of the Golden Girls. But seriously, the only thing PIA is good for is they offer a dedicated VPN that will not be detected as a VPN. You can actually use it for places like USPS and banks.

Get:

-33mm Sterile PTFE .22um syringe filters. This will be enough to filter an entire kit+ in one sitting. You can't reuse the filter later.

Luer lock and Luer slip syringes/needles are fully compatible with each other.

-10ml Luer Lock syringes (I prefer BD 302995). About $35/100

-These vented blunt fill needles offer a few advantages. Large 16g will make pushing oil through faster. The venting will prevent back pressure again, speeding filtration. The special tip does not core the stopper. They serve double duty as ideal peptide reconstitution needles, because the fluid port is on the side, which along with venting, prevents peptide / protein damaging foam from developing.

Search for BD 305216. Around $35/100.

I like Ciamedical.com, where you can also get the BD syringes, and a case of Pfizer/Hospira BAC if you need it, but other vendors may be cheaper. They ship to the EU at reasonable prices too.

What about the 25mm 0.22um Nylon filter? Would that do as well?

Great post. Simply putting "for research purposes" is not some magic protection. A lot of stuff both in the USA, and even more so China is simply allowed because it isn't worth their time and or they don't really care. However if they decide to as we have seen, even for a short period of time, they certainly can wreck you for lack of a better term.

The TLDR to all this is don't sell and you won't risk even the small chance of prosecution the sellers face. Have to admire how Peptide Science navigates the law, the great granddaddy of peptide sellers. Operate fully open as a legit US business for over a decade and never been shut down. Those stupid prices must pay for good lawyers:

Ask them:

"Can you sell me some BAC?"

No.

"How do I reconstitute this?"

You're banned for life.

"Will this help (fill in) health condition?"

You're banned for life.

Lol, it's kind of like going into a smoke shop "so I have been told, never touched weed lol." Do you have bongs? GTFO of my shop, bongs are illegal! Correct "Do you sell water pipes?" :)

Peptide Science is crazy expensive and everything I have tried of theirs has not worked for me. Now, my TRT clinic swears by them.

Lol I remember thinking as a stupid kid in a strange town a shop selling bongs would be a good place to find out where to get a little weed. Turned out their products were only ever used for tobacco and they never even heard of anyone thinking of using them to consume illegal drugs!

I always found their stuff to be top notch, but insanely expensive. Pretty sure they only survive now on customers who find them via Google and have no idea they can buy ten vials of equal or almost equal quality for less than one of theirs. They are good in a pinch when you need one vial of something Fedexed for delivery the next morning. Also nice to see batch numbers, expiration dates, and all the lab analysis you want for that particular batch available on request.

No. 33mm PTFE .22/20 is the best filter you can use. For refiltering oils
Does it matter if it's hydrophilic or hydrophobic? I have both and I'm not sure which to use or does it really matter? I've read conflicting information.

What is an RC dealer?

Hey I would gladly help you or anyone dispose of expired codeine or similar drugs to keep everyone out of trouble.

Research Chemical, a reference to the belief "for research only" labeling is sufficient to dodge legal prohibitions on selling unauthorized drugs for human use.
I try make a habit of staying away from the RC’s if they have any narcotic effects. That’s a way to end up in prison for sure.

Does anyone know if BPC can help a sprained ankle? I know that’s a stupid ass question but I fucked my ankle good yesterday slipping while trying to get out of my new truck. I’m walking like a mummy now and it’s past Halloween.

Also thanks ghoul the suggestion on Tirz for my coworker. I had some sent to her house, hopefully that works better for her. I’ll let ya know!
I turned my ankle once. Not sure if I actually sprained it but I went inside and started bpc right away. Pain was gone in about two days. In my mind it helped at least.
