So this irritates me quite a bit Tracy. I wasn't aware of the promotion, but reached out to your WhatsApp agent as my longtime trusted supplier.

I was quoted $900 for 10kits of 10mg. Now I learn I could have got 10kits of 20mg for $650.

This is especially irritating after giving you $30k USD of business in the last two years.

I would have happily placed a higher value order had I been made aware I could get a higher concentration for less than half the cost, and likely would have ordered more compounds too.

Disappointed.

Hi, I understand your frustration but this is what everyone here feels, so when it happens, they buy more, and make the unit price less.

For example if you buy an extra 10 kits during the promo, your unit price will be $77/kit including the 10 kits with regular price.
And you buy an extra 50kits, you get it down to $69/kit, less frustration.

The purpose is to make you buy during regular times with a higher profit, and during promos with a lower profit in mass, instead of keeping the same pricing year round. You can't blame someone for making a promo.

That said, this batch would have been sold $70/kit at promo pricing if it was +99%, but I kept it $65/kit just because it have a lower purity 97%.

The $30k part don't allow you to have special treatments nor exceptional offers. Thanks for your business, for sure, but you need to know that now it's my assistants who are taking care of the emails and whatsapp, and they probably don't know anyone of you, they have strict instructions to treat everyone the same way, small, medium and big buyers. That said, I have many big buyers who spend up to a million $ per year, they pay full price during regular times, and they get discounts during promos like any of you, they don't get special notification, nor get told to wait until the promo.

You can follow the telegram for the promos, the unit pricing of 100 kits is close to promos pricing, and that's what big buyers do when they don't need to wait for them.
