Two 2mg tabs at the first sign of diarrhea, one more tab after each subsequent one. No more than 16 before seeing the doctor.

A crucial emergency med to have on hand for when you need it. Once got it so bad I nearly passed out from dehydration and had nearly 1/2 gallon put back in me via IV at the hospital.

Yeah, Came back from Congo border/Angola/Namibe Desert a month and a half ago, I had to buy that Imodium Rapid, Also got the generic version they sold down there plus zinc tablets. An Absolute must in the med/survival kit..
