You dont get it, that's okay. Milliliter is a unit used for volume in the metric system. If you want to tell us the dosage, miligramm is what you are looking for as the correct unit.

I love Thailand. It still amazes me how different a predominately Buddhist country is compared to lets say the Philippines which is predominately Catholic. I guess when you compare going to confession verses believing in Karma it all makes sense. lol
