I’d take both for max effect, anecdotally I see more people taking bpc157 by itself with good results rarely see anyone taking tb500 solo though. I’d have to look at studies to see if there’s any evidence that tb500 has any advantages over bpc157. Also bpc157 tends to be cheaper so if you have to run one solo you can run more of it for longer.

Definantly both, The TB has more of a soft muscle tissue reaper and anti inflammatory profile than bpc which has more qualities of the pain management.. I have taken both for a while .. they works as the should.. It is my opinion that one should be taken without the other!! + hgh
