The whatsapp rep has been online since at least 3pm yesterday. It's gotta be some sort of error. I sent order at 3pm. They responded in 1 min. I sent payment and they have yet to check the message with hash tag to confirm payment, which i sent around 3:30pm.

Im not really concerned. But i know they won't dispatch the order until they confirm the payment. So I will be trying to light a fire under them until the whatsapp message turns blue.

You copy and past the hash, it's a long string with mant letters and numbers

You should copy the 64-character transaction ID/hash and paste that text into your communication. You should be able to find that text on the blockchain explorer link you get when your transaction completes. Most blockchain explorers include an icon of two overlapping pages which is the typical symbol for "copy." right after it.

Because the hash itself is 64 characters, many explorers visibly shorten it to fewer characters and put an ellipses (...) in the center of it. You can usually see the complete hash by hovering over the copy icon.
