Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

This is the 2nd time in 8 weeks. GA got me last time. Domestic also. They managed to break the plastic case this time.
at some point , some "unlucky" individual is gonna get a "hassle" they don't deserve,,, OPSEC it falling apart at the seams with alot (3 ugl i can think of) of these ugl vendors lately,,, It shows there "lack" of concern for us as the customer,,,

Where's your torch and pitchfork? Should be looking like Frankenstein's castle over here...
This member said it well. But he is gone now. There you go.

I hate QSC. It goes against everything that MESO once stood for. The customer service is apparently zero. They are “the most tested source” but all of those tests are meaningless. The OPSEC is best described as reckless abandon. They’re too big and will get busted - I’m surprised they’ve lasted this long. Their thread is filled with herd-speak and fanbois, many of the members ONLY post within that thread. The entire operation is dangerous. The fact that gear sold in multi-use sealed vials contains floaters so often that customers just settle for refiltering the gear is insane.

Pharma GLPs are recombinant. made by yeast with reprogrammed DNA. UGL is synthesized, resulting in small differences that make the peptide appear less natural to the immune system, and when they degrade, as all peptides do, the degradation products are different. Pharma has to test these degradation products, while labs synthesizing GLPs don't do the same, obviously.
Isn’t tirzepatide synthesized?

In fairness no vendor is responsible for the brutal handling packs get by the postal service, and the plastic box is a lot better protection than is often provided, but now knowing this is a possibility. and the serious risk to a customer presented by a leak, a heavyweight plastic bag as the last line of defense against worst case scenarios like this seems a reasonable step. Ten cents more in packaging material would go a long way to preventing a catastrophe.

Isn’t tirzepatide synthesized?

Yes, I stand corrected. The method they use is unique and exclusive to Eli Lily, making small, simple peptide segments of extremely high purity, then combining them, rather than the conventional, far less accurate methods of synthesizing the entire chain at once.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT

The large-scale manufacture of complex synthetic peptides is challenging due to many factors such as manufacturing risk (including failed product specifications) as well as processes that are often low in both yield and overall purity. To overcome these liabilities, a hybrid solid-phase peptide synthesis/liquid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS/LPPS) approach was developed for the synthesis of tirzepatide. Continuous manufacturing and real-time analytical monitoring ensured the production of high-quality material, while nanofiltration provided intermediate purification without difficult precipitations. Implementation of the strategy worked very well, resulting in a robust process with high yields and purity.

I used to ship soda and beverages professionally.

We eventually concluded that a 330mL can of soda, bubble wrapped in a double walled box from Uline, packed with clear packing tape and filled with packing paper had almost 1/3 a chance of busting open.

If they can do that to metal that is bubble wrapped, padded and inside a reinforced box, I have trouble making any kind of excuse for vendors here shipping illegal goods IN GLASS.
