Two things:
1. Ignore if this has been said before or is painfully obvious but I realized a while ago that the problem with email is with protonmail. The email never makes it to QSC. protonmail rejects the email to qsc. I have tried several tests and all at this point are being blocked by protonmail. Not by qsc email server. Something fishy going on with protonmail. Maybe they are being forced to block emails to qsc? (looking for tinfoil hat)
Many have had trouble with protonmail and it's not specific to QSC. My guess is protonmail is more strict with the security handshake and rejects the connection if anything looks bad.

2. I placed an order via email and whatsapp but never got a response. Will I still get in on the promo? I sent the day before the promo was supposed to end. Sad if I missed it. damn, how much tirz you got??? Separate your tirz business from your AAS business so that we non tirz people can place an order. Thanks Tracy. It's tough being so close to great oils and raws prices only to be denied becuse there are so many tirz folks out there.
I just sent a proton email to them asking for a price list. I received the updated price list 2 minutes later.

I have never had a email bounce back from qsc or any source. But as a backup, I did set up a tuta email. Heads up, Tuta took 2 days to approve my new free email account to let me send/receive emails. So, if your in a rush to send a email, your better off to set it up now.

Did you use email?? For the 10 minute reply?? Fuck it i continue to wait on the whatsapp.. if i miss out it just wasn't meant to be!!
I have always used email for orders, WhatsApp I'm afraid of losing track of the chat if maybe there is an update or I lose or break the phone, with email it doesn't happen it remains saved

I tell you that the orders made in 2024 since the assistants have been there have been very fast, 30 minutes maximum to receive a response, already knowing what you want, you prepare the money and send it immediately so the payment is confirmed
 
Tracy, I was able to place an order last week using proton email but I received an incorrect kit (and 1 less kit than expected) and now my emails are being rejected by the spam filter. What is the best way to reach your team? What is “055C-S5MG” with orange cap?
 
I did not, however the SKUs were printed on the shipping label (which matches what is on the inside bubble packaging.) I definitely will be doing that now, but the only thing mentioned in the order emails was to keep the outer packaging. It wouldn’t be possible for QSC to honestly dispute that I got an incorrect order if the shipping label with my information mismatches what I ordered. Having said that, very likely a good idea to take a video with every order.
