Do you know anything about all these international packages getting stuck at customs?

Most of them were released, and some are pending releasing, they stay at customs for a while, pending inspections, then they release them few days later.

I assume maybe some of your guys packs are entering from west coast, and there's probably a difference but the pack I'm currently waiting on, entering from east coast, arrived to customs 24th and it went from "in clearance processing-import" to "clearance process complete-import" in about an hour.
That's been my experience with Q recently. I remember packages used to get to customs and it was always random as to how long it would take to clear. It was never an hour tho. It always varied from a day or two to a week or so.
It's why most international sources require you to wait x amount of time before requesting a reship. They don't wanna reship and you end up getting 2 packs for the price of one.
I'm more concerned with the boots I just ordered. They ship from Cali. It's crazy but a package from Cali to east coast seems to take as long or longer than a pack from china.

Do orders sometimes get shipped in two separate packages? I guess I have one more coming but I didn’t know to expect it separately.

It depends on provenance.
For example domestic USA: tabs are shipped seperate from peptides, and a domestic order can be up to 3 trackings.
International, usually depending the weight of the parcel, it can be sent in multiples for better/easier customs clearance.

I have sent a message on what’s up but only received an updated price list as a reply. Just need to plan accordingly if the promo oils aren’t mailed before Chinese new years

I have always been a faithful whats app user because that's what Tracy use to suggest back when it was just him.. I think they are backed up on it atm so I used the email for the first time and it worked a little quicker. I will probly go back to using whatsapp in the future but email worked for me in less than 24 hrs this time. For what's that's worth

I was looking it up all night and saw that a lot of people's packages were still coming in after customs. 17track is great for tracking but not always the 100% accurate for me.
It's not narcotics that a drug dog could sniff out so my guess is they're all delayed because of christmas time and the millions of packages coming in. I'll give it until next week before I get concerned.
Just remember folks, if they ask you to come pick it up from the post office, you have no idea what theyre talking about
