I just got a tracking number today from QSC for a domestic order I made Monday. When I look it up, it says that today the package is returned to sender because of an incomplete address. When I email Tracy, he says it is my fault for providing an incorrect address. However, all he has to do is read the email chain he is replying to to see that the address I provided is correct.

He could verify it in two ways: 1) Reference it to all of my previous orders to see it is the same, or 2) Put it in the USPS address verification tool, which I provided a link to for him. He has so far refused to do so and admit his shippers messed it up.

When I call USPS, they say only the shipper can correct it, and my local USPS is not answering the phone. I cannot go the post office because I am out of town.

Unlike how a lot of these stories go, this time there will be no Tracy reveal of how the customer did something stupid. My order email has the correct address.

As some of you may have read and as many others are experiencing I wanted to provide an update on my international Promo Order from last month.

I ordered a few hundred grams of raws and everything went smoothly until they arrived to the USA. My packages tracking said "Delivered To Local Carrier" for 15-16 days. I contacted QSC many times and they assured me it would be delivered and if not they would reship after 30 days.

Finally after being stuck on "Delivered To Local Carrier" for over two weeks USPS scanned the package and it was delivered today (2 days later after the scan).

I wanted to post this to just echo what many other more renowned and experienced members have been saying. If your package tracking doesn't move for 1-3 weeks when it hits the USA it is likely just because of the holidays and everyone moving slow and taking time off.

Thank you @Qingdao Sigma Chemicals for another successful deliver and for replying to my email inquiries. Tracy has really stepped up customer service!

I'll be honest - I didn't think it was a bad question especially compared to a lot of other questions.

The problem is some of the peptides dissolve better at different pH (as im sure you're aware). For me, I don't discover this until it turns into a gel like mess a day or two later (e.g. AOD, NAD+)

To the original questioner, PBS is gonna keep the pH closer to neutral compared to BA water (which I presume has a pH more around 5).

So the original question would kinda be nice for possibly QSC to mention what it works best for...but at the same time, they're under no obligation to teach us how to use our drugs. I guess that's where ongoing research and trial and error come in..lol

Edit: and I'm a retard. Just realized the pH of each diluent is listed on their price list. I'm kinda half way talking out my ass at this point ...lol

Primo were preorders, we had a batch of raws, our last one, we accepted preorders, and it was sold out completely. That's the last one we made and we aren't able to restock primo.

The majority of packs are under customs inspection and or custom detention little different then switching carriers
