In your email with the tracking number they put a number by each product. Look for that number somewhere on what you received. If you didn't get a tracking number, email them and ask for assistance.
My boxes all have codes on them, but, no coinciding description of what the codes are. Nothing but a tracking number via WhatsApp. So, I play the waiting game. I thought they had this all settled.

Yeah that happens about 20% of the time in my experience. See all the posts here bragging about "I don't get a tracking # and don't even ask, I just wait".

Just received an order of test cyp from the November pre-sale. It's clear liquid though. All vials are crashed of course due to temp but was the carrier oil changed or something? Every other batch was yellowish.
newest batch i got are clear as water (metaphorically speaking, obviously it's oil though lol), where as my old batch I am using is indeed yellow color (think canola oil).

Time to leave my feedback: I received my first Xmas promo order (HGH 24iu grey top and HCG). It took 16 days from payment to my door, which is very fast shipping for an international package considering the holidays. Everything was well packaged, no complaints. Communication via WhatsApp was minimal, but they provided the tracking number on their own, so I didn’t even have to ask. My first experience with QSC was very positive.

I’m waiting for my second order, which is already at customs. Interestingly, the first order cleared customs faster than it was picked up by USPS. I hope everyone else gets their orders soon as well.

P.S. Could someone advise me about HCG? I know it’s very fragile. The powder in the vial looks like it’s smeared: part of it is at the bottom, while some is on the walls or even at the top of the vial. Could that have affected the HCG? Or does it only matter once it’s reconstituted and not in its powder form?

In lyophilized form peptides/proteins are not physically fragile (they're still susceptible to degradation from temperature and light exposure).

Once reconstituted, sharp shocks can induce fluid cavitation that can cause damage (usually aggregate formation). It can also knock peptides that have "adsorbed" to vial walls loose and back into solution which you don't want, since the adsorption process damages them.

TLDR: Don't drop vials of reconstituted solution or subject them to sharp knocks.

Thank you so much for the detailed response - once again, everything is clear and to the point.

So can i stop angling my needles to have bac water hit side of vials and not the puck?

It feels unnatural. Like I should be aiming my stream right at the center of puck. But we've been told, ad nauseam, that whatever we do never point your stream right at the puck.

Or feed gizmo after midnight.

Or step on a crack.

The dumbest shit is putting tren H on the bottle... regardless of reasoning that's not smart at all. I'd tell shipping to fix that ASAP. Put some perfume names on there or something
I posted about this and got the “like if I give two fucks” response from Tracy. Don’t waste your time bothering with this. He doesn’t care.

It's not the force of the water that's the problem, which I used to think, but formation of bubbles. Using a vented needle actually does more to prevent this than aiming at the side of the glass. Or better yet, use a needle specifically designed for reconstituting protein drugs:

"Gas/water interfaces (such as air bubbles or foam) are detrimental to the stability of proteins, often causing aggregation. This represents a potential problem for industrial processes, for example, the production and handling of protein drugs"

Aggregation, at best, wastes peptide, because in aggregate form they don't work the way they're supposed to, and at worst, cause any number of undesirable effects from PIP to developing an immunity to the peptide.

Test C arrives and it’s crashed. No big deal—I’ve dealt with crashed gear before from DP and the Pharmacy through my clinic. However, Q’s is different. It has a gelatin-like consistency, whereas the others were more crystallized. ???
