Yea i saw it on the list. Too pricey for me tho at the doses ive been looking into. Q has the raws, was thinking of picking some up if it's available.

I was also looking into an injectable version. If you scour this forum and others you can find injectable proviron recipes.
That's my plan when I get my proviron raws, I plan on making some injectable proviron and running it for a week then running oral proviron for a week and see the difference.

I realize this might be more suited for the HPLC thread, but I wanted to share it here for those who might not frequent that discussion. I found another lab that’s willing to analyze my QSC gear. While their prices aren’t cheaper than Jano, they’re reasonable for a GCMS and Expanded Metals analysis. However, for an HPLC analysis, they’re asking $10,000! They explained that while they can assay my Test C, since it’s an injectable, they also need to perform a method validation for testosterone within the compound; hence the high cost.

Now I see why most people stick with Jano. Anyway, I’ll wait for their reply to see how we’ll proceed with getting the GCMS and Expanded Metals testing for the Test c injectable and possibly primo 100. I’ll keep you all updated!

Sterile filters are always individually packaged.

This is another decent brand, and you should pick yourself up some 13mm .22um PES filters for your peptides. Not just for particulates, but to reduce the number of aggregates to prevent immunogenicity and minimize the risk of, god forbid, hitting the "peptide horror lottery" of a self replicating misfolded protein from lodging in your brain and saddling your relatives with a drooling version of yourself with a destroyed mind.

I don't think it's correct to assume prions to be insoluble.

Ok. Let's see if we can work together for the community.

Can your team get this reference standard ordered and sent to Jano using the paperwork on his website?

5 grams should cut it. @janoshik can confirm.

Thanks for considering.

@Ghoul
@Dirthand

You both have to contribute to the -ene HPLC analysis now. 10 bucks each?

Also, who's following up with Jano on the oil protocol for endotoxin recovery / analysis of finished oils?

@MyNameIsJeff?

Come on fellas, let's get to work!

Wow, neither one of you?

Ok. Perhaps QSC will step up.

0.2 um ain't going to save you from some f'ed hCG contaminated with prions (possible, but I'm not aware if any cases from hCG use).

Yeah, that's not going to get filtered out anyway.

The wonders practice of industrial cannibalism brought us all.

Like I said, the shots providing temporarily relief may result in your only option being a crippling fusion, this is the procedure that gives spine surgery it's terrible
reputation.

An artificial disc functions just like a natural one, they're tested to have a lifespan of 100 years of heavy use, vs a fusion which wrecks your spine geometry by locking two vertebrae together with metal hardware, placing unnatural stresses on other discs, resulting in a cascade of further surgeries.

I know they don't warn patients of this, and you don't want to find out after it's too late for disc replacement to be an option, so start asking now.

It wasn't long ago this was only an option for millionaires, now insurance that covers fusion will cover disc replacement, you just have to find a doctor that's trained on cutting edge procedures.

Plenty of pro athletes are running around with disc replacements, while fusion is a death sentence for their careers.

I was so convinced I wanted this vs what I was being told, that a fusion was the only option, I found a neurosurgeon researcher and volunteered to be a subject in the clinical trial that brought 2 level disc replacement to the US.

I went from near paralysis with a bleak future of being crippled by fusion surgery to having completely unrestricted physical activity. It saved my life.

Getting a tooth implant takes longer than this.

I will ask them about this. Thanks for the info!

Good catch. I'm already long winded enough and didn't want to go down yet another rabbit hole, one I think is the result of the trauma of living in the UK when "beef on the bone" was banned after so many became "drooling" versions of themselves because they ingested a "bad protein" by eating the wrong steak a decade before.

While prions can't be filtered out with the kinds of filters we're discussing, it's been observed that aggregates can exhibit "prion like behavior", that is, causing replications of themselves that destroy the brain over an extended period of time.

Granted, it would take an extraordinary bad stroke of luck for some random aggregate to form that had these characteristics, perhaps 1 chance in trillions, but it's not impossible.

You know what they say about a million monkeys banging on typewriters long enough eventually typing out the complete works of Shakespeare.

A million peptide users mixing random compounds produced by random UGLs with random uncharacterized contaminants will likely generate "prion like" aggregates at some point, if they haven't already.

Just one more, admittedly, highly unlikely, but high stakes, reason to minimize aggregates in the injected solution.

Prions are terrifying. If I understand correctly they are basically indestructible. If they get into lab, surgery, pharmaceutical, etc. equipment I believe everything has to be destroyed as it cannot be saved.
