I am pretty hard on Tracy/QSC because IMHO their poor customer service is the result of a deliberate choice to not spend money on staff. If it doesn't cost you customers, poor support never gets fixed. That seems true of pretty much every major company these days.
Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't an exit scam and QSC really is in a bit of hot water. Not pausing operations when their bank account was frozen should have been a major red flag, but everyone kind of shrugged it off. Probably should have disappeared then, but it looks like they got greedy.
