Must be a misunderstanding.
Also, let the officer know he/she can take a few bottles if he/she doesn't register it was seized.
I see nothing wrong happening if you offer some of your supplies to them.

Nah, unlikely as the result of one letter, but it does add to your "risk score" and makes it a little more likely you'll be selected for "secondary screening" at airports and border crossings.
Some folk have never gotten one and are cursed with SSSS every time they fly, without knowing why.

No it was test raws that i brewed using my standard procedures that i never had issues with. All of the sudden this new batch went cloudy mid summer! Something was off with that batch. It cleared up after reheating but never had that issue with previous batches and ive had a lot of them. Lol
