I don't think there's a universal answer with regard to "eliminate the majority" given the variability in how people respond to it. As an example, there have been times for me when 8iu has been absolutely crippling with regard to the paresthesia. Presently, I've been on 10iu for months with no issues whatsoever. It's the same batch, I'm eating a similar diet.
Theoretically, being in ketosis would likely blunt some of the water retention that may occur. GH promotes sodium retention and elevated IGF-1 promotes fluid retention in muscle tissue. There are other effects, but those are a couple that could be moderated by being in ketosis.
Specifically, muscles may be glycogen depleted, which reduces the amount of water than can retain. It also usually leads to increased secretion of sodium and other electrolytes in the urine. I remember the times when I was eating a mostly ketogenic diet and I couldn't get enough salt. It influenced my taste and preferences so much that I had to learn to back off when I started using GH regularly.

I read the thread again and I can't figure out if there's sarcasm in the honeymoon comments. I hope she's back Feb 5 but their messages also sound like a security issue or threat not just usual CNY.
Damn, 2000mg of taurine is about all I can handle. It greatly increased my cognitive output, energy output but also I can't sleep at night worth shit while taking it and tends to make me a bit anxious

Same, 1000mg mixed with my eaa's in the morning gives me all day energy. I use powder from Amazon

I really like propranolol. It's really cheap and you can get the slow release/long acting version to help for all day.
Everyday someone new comes in wondering why Tracey isn't answering emails. Asking what color cap their vial should be or wondering if their package has been seized. I'd give it a couple of more months.

Bulk supplements is usually slightly cheaper than nutricost but you don't get the big container or the scoop with them, just a bag, so I go with nutricost first and then refill the bottle with bulk supplements.
Taurine is easy as a powder since it is flavorless. I just dump the scoop right into my mouth. Don't even need water to get it down due to the consistency
